Residential complex is located in the central part of the capital city of Georgia, Tbilisi. The complex consists of three separated buildings. Each building is decided in different architectural styles. It shows how different styles blend with each other and also gives customers wide range of options to choose from. the complex also includes park and children playground, which is isolated from the main avenue and creates the feeling of safety.
The first building, which is decided to be built with glass, besides being mainly residential also includes commercial spaces. The glass walls facing the yard are folding and gives customers the opportunity to have open balconies or winter gardens with the view of the courtyard. On the top of the building space is allocated for helicopter landing. Parking spaces are placed underground.
The white building, which is located inside the courtyard has fairly larger terraces than other buildings and are filled with greenery. It creates the feeling of being near the nature while being the center of the city. The same building’s upper stories are penthouses with gardens and pools.
The third building, which also aligns with the avenue consists of both, residential and commercial areas. The rooftops of garden gives residents opportunity to enjoy the view over the city and yard.
