The design features of the facades allow the lamps to be aligned with the outer surface of the lamellae, which helps to preserve the purity of the architectural form – the fundamental idea of the tower. This solution creates a restrained composition that, combined with contrasting facade materials, elegantly emphasizes the vertical lines of the ZILART Tower at night, while remaining invisible during the day.

On the end facades facing the roadway, built-in lamps are located along the entire height of the building. This solution gives additional dynamics and striving to the sky. On the wide facades of the skyscraper, the lighting elements are arranged according to the lines of the steps-tiers of the volume, breaking up the massive flatness like friezes, making the high and vast readable and clear. Modularity and rhythm recreate for the night viewer the ribbing of the day form, meant by the architects of the tower.

ZILART Tower lighting focuses on sustainable development: no glare, dimmable luminaires with a unified lighting control system. White is the only basis for lighting scenarios that matches the image and aesthetics of ZILART Tower. A variety of lighting options is achieved by adjusting its temperature and lighting dynamics. Special attention is paid to the comfort of residents not only of the complex itself but also of neighboring buildings – all lamps have a dimming option, eliminating the blinding effect. White light emphasizes the architecture of the building and enhances its image, leaving it unchanged and eliminating possible excesses.
