The Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya elite club residences, nestled within a huge park and boasting an unprecedented range of infrastructure, form an architectural ensemble shaped by three unique styles. The facades, each with its own distinct character, reinterpret the rich historical and cultural heritage of the past.
The houses of Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya are delicately integrated into the historical context of the city. A strict 13-storey building in the neoclassical style stands as a new landmark in the area. Its key architectural elements are the columns that define the pattern of the facade, made of glass-fiber-reinforced concrete filled with natural stone. Horizontal bands replace classical cornices, engaging in a rhythmic dialogue with the neighboring riverside buildings. Its strict symmetry, refined details, and majestic appearance perfectly complement the monumental Stalinist buildings, creating a smooth transition from one architectural era to another.
Three 10-storey modern-styled towers stand in the center of the club houses. Their unique shape and rounded ends rhyme with a similar part of the restored nearby historical monument — the Airplane House — towards which they are facing. The facades of the buildings are defined by pronounced bands, highlighted by panoramic ribbon glazing set in wooden frames. This design fills the apartments with light and air.
The extensive glazing provides visual lightness and transparency, while also giving a unique perception of all of the Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya houses. Thanks to the reflective surfaces and play of light, residents will enjoy different visual experiences of the facades depending on the time of day and season.
The balcony railings are made from curved glass elements. This complex solution — which includes the manufacture of custom mounting systems — was specially designed for Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya. The use of glass enhances the optical effect through the refraction of light.
The unique wooden windows on the ground floors are 7 meters high — a feature unseen in any other multi-apartment residential houses. The window profiles are custom-designed and allow for double-wing sashes to open directly into the patios, creating maximum merging of the natural park into the lower-level residences.
Comfort and privacy are embodied in the two-storey villas and five-storey buildings surrounding the central park. They are designed in the avant-garde style and impress with meticulous attention to detail. Finishing includes authentic architectural plaster and natural wood typical for this architectural style, and original window openings are faithfully recreated. These avant-garde buildings form a unified ensemble with the Airplane House.
