Loranger Marcoux is a law firm that provides specialized services in the fields of employment law and labour relations.
Wishing to move away from the traditional design associated with their profession and being great lovers of art, Loranger Marcoux wanted to create a boutique practice, a place where it would be nice to team up, come together and share, while offering high-end services to its clients.
We took on the challenge of creating a workspace that was both functional and pleasant to work in, that would make people want to come back to the office.  From the preliminary layout plan, to the signing of the lease, to site management and moving into the new space, our team was there throughout the process to support the client.
If you walk through the 13,500 square foot space, you will find, in addition to closed offices and an open space for assistants, four meeting rooms each with a distinct identity, a conference room that can accommodate 22 people, a library area, a classroom, a catering area, a kitchen and a multi-purpose dining area. A place to live in on a daily basis for everyone who works there and a beautiful place to visit for clients and contributors.
In order to create a warm and resolutely different environment, we relied on noble materials, overlays, clean lines, backlighting and a reduced color palette.  With each change of direction or zone, a new ambience is put forward.  The goal? To become one with the space.
