he project is located in Crimea, in the western part of the city of Saki.
Tempo is located on the Black Sea coast and consists of an apartment complex and a hotel complex with adjacent infrastructure.
The customer wants to implement aesthetic and functional areas with basketball and tennis fields, cozy places to relax, with water elements and stylish art objects.
The complex should turn into a comfortable green space.
The architecture of the apartment complex has a bionic format and curved facades of white color. Taking into account this style and the close proximity of the Black Sea, we chose a landscape carved by water as the main concept of the project.
This idea is most vividly and voluminously reflected by the terraced pond that greets the guests of the complex from the hotel.
It is a shallow bowl made in granite, with a stepped side. Nearby, we designed textured landscaping, carefully selecting and combining plants so that picturesque natural paintings are displayed in the water surface.
An additional auditory effect is created by the sound of falling water, which puts you into a pleasant meditative state and promotes complete relaxation. And lush cereal plants in pink shades, shimmering in the sun with a translucent pale pink haze and waves fluttering in the wind, enhance the feeling of the presence of the sea and complement the concept of a landscape carved by water.
The architect created two miniature gardens on the territory – the Garden of Dreams and the Garden of Quiet Relaxation, as well as a large landscaped park, differing in the nature of greenery. He designed two main walking routes to the sea, one of which passes through the hotel complex, and the second through the apartments.
The welcome object of the hotel complex is a terraced waterfall, which we have already discussed in previous posts. And the central object that welcomes guests from the apartments was a square with a fountain, where you can relax under the shade of trees, sitting at tables or on upholstered sofas and inhaling the air fresh from the water.
There is also a gazebo with a yoga terrace, comfortable spaces for remote workers with the ability to recharge equipment, private areas with comfortable urban sofas where you can relax with a book, chat with friends or enjoy nature, absorbing its power into yourself and feeling calm and serenity.
A sculptural canopy with a spout, located in the central part of the site, became a key resting place. It is around him that a landscaped park with picturesque landscaping stretches.
Several swimming pools have been designed on the territory of the apartment complex, including a children’s pool, as well as a campfire area and a functional playground with two tiers, where recreation areas for parents are provided.
After the implementation of these solutions, the Tempo apartment complex will turn into a modern, stylish, green and attractive space where you can fully relax, recuperate and be inspired to achieve ambitious goals.
